Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Murchison falls national park

Having taken your morning breakfast, our company representative picks you up and briefs you about the 8 days tour before you set off to Murchison falls national park. It’s about 7-8 hours to reach with a lunch stopover at Kabalega dinners or Masindi hotel. On reaching the park, proceed to the park where you experience the fascinating Murchison falls, you can take photos to keep memories. Catch a glimpse of the Nile forcing itself through a narrow gorge with rocks which gives the falls an impressive appearance. After, move to the park at Nile safari camp/Paraa safari lodge/ red chill camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Game drive and Boat cruise to the bottom of the falls

Wake up in the morning for breakfast and head out for a morning game drive within the park which gives you chance to look for various wildlife like leopards, elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs and so much more. After the interesting adventure, head back to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.

After having your lunch, move to Paraa for an incredible boat ride to the bottom of the falls where you will view gorgeous wildlife like elephants, Nile crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes and so much more. Apart from that, you will as well see several bird species including the rare shoebill, black headed gonolek, African fish eagle, grey crowned eagle among others. Get back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to kibale forest national park

After an early morning breakfast, you will drive to south western kibale forest national park which hosts attractive primates. Have lunch enroute and proceed to the park. Arriving at the park, check in at your booked lodge have dinner, relax and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Chimp trekking and Bigodi sanctuary walk

In the morning after your cup of tea, move to Kanyanchu for breifying about the chimpanzee exercise in the park, later transfer to the starting point and begin the tracking, enjoy sighting many other primates like monkeys the in kibale forest during chimpanzee trekking experience. Here, you will get exposed to how these creatures behavior and learn more about their lifestyle in the jungle. Return to the lodge and enjoy your lunch.

In the afternoon, enjoy a guided nature walk and visit Bigodi swamp where you will see other primates and many bird species like sun birds, heron among others. Head back to the lodge and enjoy dinner.

Day 5: Cultural experience and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park

Wake up early in the morning for breakfast and meet your guide to visit Amabeere ga Nyinamwiru cultural site. On reaching, you are briefed about the dos and don’t before you trek to the caves. While at this place, enjoy the legendary stories that will be told and also the uniqueness of these caves. Feel free to take pictures that will keep your memories intact. After, transfer to fort portal town for lunch and take a drive to Queen Elizabeth National park for dinner and an overnight stay

Day 6: Game drive-boat cruise on Kazinga channel

Enjoy your breakfast and move out for a morning game drive which is the best time to view attractive wildlife in Queen Elizabeth national park. Such animals include warthogs, elephants, Uganda kobs, giraffes, leopards, bush babies and many more. After that memorable adventure, head back to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.

In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on Kazinga channel that connects Lake Edward and George. You get an opportunity to view wildlife in huge numbers like elephants, hippos, crocodiles and many more. You can as well view birds like king fisher, African fish eagle among others. Return to the lodge for an overnight stay and dinner.

Day 7: Transfer to Lake Mburo national park

In the morning after your breakfast, set off to Lake Mburo national park where you will have a stopover in Mbarara town at Igongo culture for lunch then proceed to Lake Mburo national park. Upon reaching the park, engage yourself in the boat ride and experience the beauty of lake Mburo where you will see  crocodiles, hippos as well as bird species like African fish eagle, king fishers and many more. Head to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Game drive and transfer to Kampala

After an early morning cup of coffee, move out for a game drive in search for wildlife like oribis, zebras, elands, kobs among others. Return to the lodge for a late breakfast, check out from the lodge and drive back to the capital city with an optional stopover at the Uganda equator to relax a bit, take pictures and proceed to Kampala. Reaching in the evening, your driver drops you at your hotel of residence or at the airport to catch up with your booked flight.
